Java has got so many web frameworks e.g. Struts1, Struts2, Wicket, JSF (MyFaces, RichFaces etc), Spring MVC, GWT, Tapestry, Stripes, JBoss Seam, and many others.. It is good to have a choice to choose your favorite framework from so many good available frameworks but what about other factors?
Every Java based web project will choose different web framework, I think it surely reduces developer productivity and increases frustration as they always have to learn new framework for every new project. Organization surely have tough time to get trained resources. All this surely add to project cost and low productivity...

What if Java Community just stick to only couple of frameworks? What are your opinion on this?
